The Beyond Leaders Program is BEE Club Inc.’s signature leadership pathway for teen girls. Grounded in a culturally affirming sisterhood and built on more than ten years of impact, the program provides a clear developmental journey that guides girls from foundational confidence to advanced leadership, career readiness, and legacy-building opportunities.
Through tiered learning levels and age-based membership stages, the program ensures every girl receives the tools, mentorship, and real-world experiences she needs to lead in school, in her career, and in her community.

BEE Club Inc.'s Alumnae & Community Relations Committee was formed in 2020 to further engage with BEE Club Inc.’s key stakeholders and the communities we serve by advocating for the organization’s mission to empower teen girls to activate their personal power and world impact. We work to build and strengthen the BEE Club's relationships with donors and strategic partners to further support girls' leadership development in Georgia.
